The invention of the wheel made such a major change to the human race and although its design is centuries old it is still the same simple idea today as it was when someone came up wth it. Until we move onto hover cars or something similar it is

probably going to still be the most used invention ever.The clever part is that it is so simple and with just a glance you can see exactly what it is meant to do.

Over the last three decades we have seen our society move from a simplistic existence to something which is so complicated that the majority of people only know half of what most things are capable of doing. Take the cell phone for example, if you read the instructions when you first get one and pick up the upgrades on site this small hand held item can literally run your life but how many of us have the time or patience to learn everything. If we cant see what it does immediately and we are not a technophobic then the chances are we will never fully appreciated this wonderful invention.

This same principal can be associated with many things in life and we have gone from a simple existence to one that every move requires a text book but is that really what we want ?
